A friend of mine has a website with the copyright information noted as a footnote for the dates 2007- 2010. I was wondering if this information has to be registered thru the Library of Congress since the copyright date is clearly outstanding. I have never seen this done anywhere online even with some of the major web sites, therefore I was wondering is something like this illegal and if so, where can we find information to support the legalities involved in posting copyright material? Thanks so much for all your wonderful support!
