Wee Girl asked:
I had met a guy off 1 of the online dating site and we started off great, for about 3 weeks-he would email, test, call all the time. Then all of a sudden this week, he doesn’t call much anymore. There was always someone that didn’t seem right about the whole situation because he would always have some type of excuse as to why he could not call me back right away. He lives about 300 miles from me, so there is no way that I can see him. We haven’t even met yet, but we talk about it all the time. His reasoning was he had no time or needed to get some money in to spend a few days out here with me. The last straw was when I texted him last night to call me because I was sleepy, he texted me back and told me that he was playing a video game with his friends (that he sees all the time), I had asked him twice, and he texted me back to say he’ll call me in a minute. That got me so angry that last night I emailed him a very long email stating that the communication wasn’t working for me and that we should just go back to becoming friends and that I did not like the lack of respect towards my feelings. It wasn’t even a nasty email, just an email telling him how I felt. He didn’t call me back nor did he respond to the email even though I had mentioned that if he had any ounce of compassion, he would talk to me about it. I also noticed that he blocked me out of his Facebook now, after he had accepted me to be his friend earlier.

In ending, I feel confused, hurt, frustrated as to why some men (or women) would do that to another person after sharing a little part of my life with?? I also noticed that he is still on the online dating website too. I feel like I am left out cold with no sort of closure to this?? I guess on online dating there really is not rules, you have the right to stop talking to someone without having to give an answer.
Please give me some feedback as to why this happened??
Samantha
